Hello.

I use PowerQuest's ptedit32.exe to modify entries in MBR partition table. I find it very handy.

However, it doesn't support USB interface.

Do you know of any tool alike that is capable of working with USB storage?

FWIW, MBRtool works with my USB flash drive in a Win98SE DOS box:
