Hi

Easeus Disk Copy (http://www.easeus.com/disk-copy/feature.htm) can boot from a CD and clone HD's. Works very well. Sometimes, I use it.

If you look for software with good specification and DOS version than you need to try Media Tools Pro.
Or try Hirens Boot CD there is a few clone/ imaging programs.
Norton ghost is not bad for good drives, it's possible to make sector by sector image, than that image need to be converted to dd image so can be used with recovery software.

R-Drive Image can clone/image a disk/drive. "Understands" many non-Windows disk partition layouts and can copy either the entire disk or only areas acutal data occupies. Creates either exact byte-to-byte or compressed images, R-Studio can work with the latter. It has a full-featured Linux-based startup version.
R-Drive Image.
R-Studio has an excellent object cloning/imaging module. There is only one issue: the startup version of corporate R-Studio is locked to one computer. More expensive R-Studio Technician doesn't have this problem.
R-Studio.
