PARTITION PROGRAM that will work with Windows 7 32 bit?

Can anyone please recommend a "partition program" that will work without a hitch with Windows 7 32 bit?

I actually need it to partition a 2TB Seagate external hard drive, but unfortunately it has to go via my PC first which is Windows 7. And I have had so many problems with software and Windows 7 that it makes me wish they would stop creating things that do not work!

Have you tried PartedMagic ? It's a bootable CD, with a Linux which will permit you to transfer data from drive to drive, partition the drive, and access the 'Net among other things. Specifically, you're looking for GParted, to partition the drive. I love this disc ! HTH....Jet
