Thanks for the info.

What symptoms do you have, which cause you to think there is an "integrity" problem with the disk?
What tests have you done so far, and what results did you get?
What is the make & model of this disk?
What is the history of the disk, and has anything unusual happened before you started to doubt its "integrity"?
Are you trying to "repair" the disk without buying a replacement, or trying to prove that the disk has a fault to get warranty replacement, or do you need data recovery, or ... ?
If you haven't yet collected the full, raw SMART data from the disk, please do that (e.g. using HDDScan) and include that in your reply. Note: The "raw" values for each SMART attribute need to be included - not all utility software includes that information when they display the SMART attribute values.
If you answer the above questions, then we can try to better understand what problem you are experiencing.

Personally I would not use LLF as a test of "integrity".
faeterov wrote:b) My question goes to an area of the HDD, not a partition. It would be of great use to be able to LLF between the 77% and the 79% of the hard disk, that's what I'm searching for
Selecting parts of a disk by percentages, especially for a destructive action, is unlikely to be popular IMHO due to the lack of precision until you start using multiple decimals of precision.
