I know the thread on TH, but I assume that the OP there had a different initial FW on his drive. So anyone who has the same Version as I had should be fine with the DELL Update.
For me it was update or trashcan so I had nothing to lose.

I don't what I should test now. The Update just did what it said, the system is no longer micro freezing when I use the disk.
