software to change size not partition size

I have three identical wd 1tb drives, and I clone them as a way to backup. I would like to see at a glance a different size like 929 930 931 gb instead of all three seen as 931. I used to use a seagate drive that I changed with seatools,to report a smaller size, but wd does not have anything to do this, I even called them. Is there any easy to use program to do this? thanks

I did, I was lost it said no cd rom found. I need something easy I am stupid if I have to use dos.

Check the BIOS settings on your system.
