Toshiba mk3265gsx bad sectors and it is very slow

MMy hdd has bad sectors.
i used hdd regenerator initially to repair it
It repaired about 10 bad sectors in the first 5 minutes , then after random scans i didnt find any bad sectors in my hdd
The write speed seems to be good. the read speed is reallly low.. like 1MB/s (max)
I ran diagnostic tests. Here are the abnormal results.
The operating temperature is 58 to 65 degree C
Sometimes hdd is crazy fast and mostly it is slow

Any solutions? Pl help me..

get a new disk.

yup will back everythin up within a week

Without replacing another one, is there any fix which you know of ?
