Seagate F3 repair tool Full Version

This doesn't open on my xp pro with framwork 2.0 installed up to the latest version inside sandboxie enviroment. No AV at all on the system.
Can this tool read/write sa on f3 arch ? Can you post screen captures of it reading/writing sa modules on F 3 ? Thanks.
Also, is this "full" version a "pirated" one ?
I guess the copy protection prevents it from running sandboxed, and if so, if copy protection is installed this is a pirated version of the egyptchip seagate tool, right ?
