Hello,

I've been digging google and searching tool that is able to change/spoof serial number(not volumeid), doesn't cost 500€ and works under 64bit systems. It's time to write there. Do any of you(users) have such software?

Thanks in advance

There are several programs/methods. Which model are you interested in?

I think you should be looking for SRT.

There are several tools such as SalvationData, can you recommend me some?

Also, is it dangerous (changing such serial number)?

Changing the serial number entails writing to the firmware area of a HDD. That has finite risks. Also, some of the tools are of a dubious nature and may not work as claimed. If you want professional tools, then others would be best placed to advise you. I'm not a data recovery professional.
