I would imidiatly replace the drive as your drive have a considerable amount of relocated sectors and several more pending relocation.
It's an internal SATA drive or external ?
If it's internal drive you might want as well to replace the SATA cable that connects the drive to the board, as you have a HUGE amount of Ultra DMA crc errors.

I would replace the drive by a new one, and also make sure that the PC power supply is of good quality and not a $15 USD cheap one.
Apart from that you would need specialized tools and knowledge to "refurb" the WD drive, in other words to get some more life out of it, but it will be way cheaper to just get a new HDD.
Regards.

Drive is dying and have a considerable amount of re-located sectors, like defective sectors swapped with factory spares, also considerable amount of sectors pending relocation.

You can't just fix the drive like that.

With very expensive tools and knowledge or with less expensive tools and knowledge you can try to self scan the drive and get some extra life out of it, but it wouldn't justify to get tools and knowledge just for one drive, and there would be a chance for the drive to fail soon anyhow, if it would survive to the SS to start with ...

So just buy a new drive.
