Post subject:  Free MOV repair software.
Anyone know of any free MOV repair software?

Normally I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing a licence for paid software tools, but this is for a low-budget case with one damaged MOV file, the others are ok.

I have tried the demo of Remo MOV repair and it seems like it will work, but the cost of the software would wipe out the profit on the job. If I thought I would be likely to use it again, again I would buy it, but as I'm very unlikely to come across another damaged MOV file, I do begrudge the cost.

I'm not looking for wares or cracks, just a freebie tool :-)

If there isn't one, then I guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and buy the Remo tool.

could give these a look or alternatively search for mp4 repair, which often cover mov files.

use Custom install to decline the usual crapware/search-engine default options.

seems genuinely free whereas the Grau GbRs "Video Repair Tool" seems to offer 50% recovery as a demo, then requires a license for a limited number of recoveries, or more.

Thanks, but they only have free download and demos. Actual software is payable, as I can see.

Unfortunately, neither of those worked :-(

The first one couldn't find any data, the second only seem to support MP4
