Kasparsky scan result show the infected program or file list and show the option disinfect. Is the disinfect means delete? If I disinfect a program like Winword.exe, or Chrome, will I lose my MS Word and Google Chrome?

Disinfect would probably be dependant on the type of infection. If the virus was old school and appended to the end of an .exe, it could delete the appendum and leave a god .exe. If the malware was what we used to call a TSR(Terminate and Stay Resident), or memory only virus, it might kill the process, and also might delete the actual .exe if it knew what it was. If it was more ingrained it may delete or quarantine the .exe.

You quite possibly could lose your Word.exe or chrome, Chrome is no issue, just redownload, and Word can be re-installed.

The trick here is to actually know what your AV is removing, or quarantining so if your system starts misbehaving, you have an idea where to look.

Well done for taking the time to ask about it.

Doesn't really matter. You have to disinfect or quarantine, or live with the effects of the infection. As HaQue says, you can usually just re-install any program that doesn't work normally afterwards. I would run NirSoft ProduKey to capture any license keys that might be required for the re-install. The installer can usually be obtained without a problem; it's the license key that most lose. You should also create a drive image, in case the disinfection does irreparable damage. With XP, you can do a repair install to get Windows running again, should the disinfection make the system unbootable.
