1tb seagate with firmware cc38 not detected need to recover

My 1 TB Seagate HDD not detected Seagate 1TB ST31000528AS, TK, PN 9SL154-302, FW CC38, SATA 3.5 Hard Drive
It have no tickle sound it runs smoothly but not detected in bios.
Please provide me suggestions to recover my data.

Please provide serial port output.
