please, escuse my english but, is not my native languge ... the hard drive of my laptop copy very slow
but before I had a WD3200bvt and change it for the present, the wd3200bvt fix this problem with the firmware in this direction http://files.hddguru.com/download/PC-3000-UDMA%20Support/WDC%20Marvell%20family%20utility/Mariner/ and now can not find something similar for WD3200BEK, help me and thanks for everythind.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear about your issue. Can you please provide further information - how slow is the laptop copying and does this happen only when trying to copy large volumes of data? There is no firmware available for this internal hard drive.

what tools do you have fro work on HDD?

Prvide too info about HDD, Model, FW, ID, and so on

Provide too pics from sticker, and PCB from Both sides if posible.

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding, my router died .. back to the topic my HDD slow copy inside the laptop back and also outside it as an external drive, no difference. On the model is Western Digital Scorpio Black WD3200BEK, the ID and FW sorry, and how do I get the PCB? it is not, no idea. Anyway thanks for the time and patience
