The speed of the software is really irrelevant here. The speed is relegated to the condition of the respective drive and the amount of bads existent on it, other issues with the drive, etc.
What are you trying to accomplish and why?

Educated guess by breaking down your question, I am going to say that you drive is in bad shape, thus MHDD is taking a long time to reallocate, so you are thinking that a "faster solution may be the answer". The other posters most likely thought the same as I explained here, therefore since the drive is in bad shape, it can be concluded that this particular drive is not worth the headache to attempt reallocating those bad sectors. They just took a short cut in telling their opinion.

So if I understand, I can change different software but the velocity to mark bad sector derive only of state of hard disk, no software have this feature most rapid than others?

very thanks for support
