Toshiba Utility
1. MQ01xxABDxx family is now supported, P-list editing, defect hiding.
2. Have option to +-Expand a bad LBA.

WD utility.
1. Some error fixed.
2. More models of WD families added.
3. Region Read/write and copy from one head to other.
4. boot hard disk firmware from any head, by copy region 0 to other head. (hard disk has a problem in writing firmware like some time translator error, and there is no way to regenerate it, modules offset shift not help, in this case you can shift the whole firmware from head 0 or 1 to any other good head).
Hitachi Utility
1. Support Password Unlock.
2. ARM 5475, 5432, 5450, 7210, HDS7230, CLA3 families Added.
