Is it possible to add MHDD to a YUMI multiboot USB Drive?

I am trying to figure out if I can add MHDD to my YUMI multiboot USB.

I see references on different blogs (where people talk about the YUMI drives they have put together) and websites to it being possible but no one gives directions.

I just don't want to keep experimenting if someone who has accomplished it can give direction.

Any help?
