Hi
I want to any professional tool for quick resizing tool ( by creating host protected area) . I am using Hdat2 currently but I want more reliable solution for serious work.

Hdparm works in Linux for free.

I can't think of a better DOS tool than HDAT2, but you could try MHDD.
