Hello,
Recently i came across a lot of clients with this new ransomware, CTB locker
this virus runs with EXE file and encrypts ALL of personal extensions, .txt, .jpeg, and word files.
here are some info and way to disebale this virus:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/ctb-locker-ransomware-information
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykHSgedZm0k

So we have ways to disable it, but the personal files stays encrypted.
Anyone have any tips, run on the same problem, have any new info or development or decryption solutions?

Thank's.

If it's Windows Pro with system restore enabled try using the previous versions option for each folder. If that doesn't work you can try a RAW recovery using data recovery software like R-Studio. If that doesn't work (or doesn't find the needed files) then you have to just pay the criminals.
