Hi,
is it possible to copy a HDD directly to a smaller size HDD using a duplicator?
if:
a) the source drive partition have been resized to fit in the smaller target drive
b) bad sectors are blank and at the end of the disk (reduced partition size to exclude them)
c) the source drive partition cannot be resized but the important data is at the beggining of the bigger HDD (eg 2TB drive to 1TB directly duplicated)
for c) would the target drive be working properlly if going trhough with this? Or would it need some adjustment?
IDK how partitions are relevant to hardware duplication...
Thanks
