Lacie 4Big Quanda U NAS

Anyone dealt with one of these before and know the RAID parameters? There are references on this forum to the 2Big (RAID 0) but not the 4Big. Its got 4 x 2TB drives. Its FAT32 with HFS. Looks like a stripe size on 512 bytes, however the rest of the RAID setup is custom.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have found a few set ups on the Lacie site, I have now tried RAID0 (default), RAID5 and RAID5 with spare. None of these configurations work.
