could be your hard disk is failing, but for starters check your cables. pull out the HDD cables and reseat them.

also could be a power supply issue or capacitors on the motherboard failing. google for mother board capacitor issues and then look at your motherboard for any signs of it.

the power supplies inside have similar caps and similar problems.

Thanks for ur reply
but the hdd very good as in pic

i have 2 hdd one .5 TB no problem carry the OS and that one had the problem 1 TB

i think the PS is 200 W that made that problem ?

I never use less than 500W, but the maths seem to see your system is scraping by. Did you check the cables? maybe try totally replacing them as a simple check.

and... get rid of XP !
