virustotal.com will let you sleep peacefully.

Only a doltish person would sleep peacefully using that website on an unknown file from an unknown source.
Of course that site does lower the risk of virus/malware attack but it does not guarantee against it.

There is, on average a ~54% detection rate on "Zero-day" threats.

Why is it that you always seem to pop up when someone mentions a cheap tool?

i use program for make video with small size and exe format
it is full clear and not a virus

+1 for YouTube, then again were talking about a program called SHT. Not exactly a strong selling point unless your in the toilet paper industry.
