HDD GURU FORUMS

hi its barlas from london
i have wd10tmw. i tried to update the firmware but it failed now hdd is not working. when i connect it with laptop i hear usb connection sound windows install the drivers but hdd doesnt appear anywhere. tried to update firmware again but wd utility dont find hdd. any help i have very impornat pictures saved on it.

Didn't the firmware update utility tell you to backup your data before updating? I suggest you send your drive to pcimage.co.uk before you make it any worse.
