Priam Innerspace Utility , Pfmt Edisk MFM / RLL

Anyone here on the forum have a copy of Priam's Innerspace drive utility? I have a Priam V150 40mb MFM drive with a matching Priam / WD controller card. The manual states that Priams Software must be used to Low Level / Partition / Format. The two files required are Pfmt.exe and Edisk.exe. The manual specifically states that other LLF utilities not be used. DOS fdisk and format will not work. The software is not burned into the controllers PROM. I have searched everywhere for this software and barely even find a reference mentioned.
Somebody out there has to have a copy.
It is quite a weird setup. Per the manual it states that pfmt.exe places a driver called EVDR.SYS in the root of the drive. DOS calls EVDR.sys for drive information. Supposedly the last 12kb of the drive cannot be partitioned because it contains drive information needed by EVDR.sys.
I would like to have this Priam combo in my Kaypro PC but am unable to set the drive up for use.
I know the drive works because it was working in a magitronic 8088. Dummy me didn't know that DOS format / Partition utilities couldn't be used to set the drive up. Originally it had a 2mb C: partition and the rest on D:. When I tried to re-partition using FDISK the machine froze and now the drive is inaccessible.
Anyone have the software or any suggestions???
