How do I fix corrupted rar files, or at least extract whatever is possible?

Vague question...

What are the sizes of the corrupt files? If 0, then there is nothing to do.
What makes you think they are corrupt?
How do you think the corruption occurred?
Have you already tried "recovery software" for this file type?

go to the command line in the folder rar.exe is and type "rar /?" and look at the options. IIRC there are options to somewhat do this, but depends on the corruption.

also depends on what options were used when creating the archive, most users dont use the options that help to create versatile archives. also starting WinRAR and looking at the help may get you some options.
