Hello all!

I am a computer repair tech who is trying to learn more about the advanced methods of recovering data from badly failing hard drives so please forgive me if this seems like a noob question.

I am in the process of expanding the businesses data recovery abilities. We recently purchased a couple of RapidSpars which we have been VERY happy with. They paid for themselves within the first week that we owned them. I have also been looking at the PC-3000 and the DDI4 which seem to have some ability to help determine when a PCB board is failing.

Dose anybody have any advice regarding tools and methods for troubleshooting failing PCB boards?

Any feed back would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you

Fraser
