Hi guys,
just have a short question to the TTL-Adapters.
Few months ago, I ordred my first TTL-Adapter and it works great with the terminalconnection. But now I see, that some HDD need a lower voltage adapter to connect to the terminal.
Which kind of TTL-Adapter is usefull
PL-2303 (I have it already)
CP-2104 (I ordered) / 5V regulator; RS-485; Split Vio
CP-2102 (was delivered) / 5V regulator
Ive seen, that the 2104 have more specifications. Is this important to connect to the terminal or do i get the same results with the 2102?
best regards
Fabian

I would use the CP-2104 and add my own adjustable LDO regulator with switch selectable Vio voltages of 1.8, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.3.
