H264 file recovery

Hi all
Can anyone suggest a software to recover h264 files .

There are quite a few programs that can recover those by signature. R-Studio would probably be my go to program.

However, given that in other posts you're asking a lot about unlocking drives, I suspect you're talking about a CCTV DVR which uses that file type. Would I be correct to assume that?

IF it is from CCTV DVR, Do not initialize in Disk Management (Device Manager)

open hdd in hxd editor then copy and past first sector (Zero Sector) here
