I did buy/get SeDiv from iccsys.net as well and i did never have any trouble with it or updates.

iccsys.net have a cloud folder for SeDiv + Firmware. When a new update is released it's placed on that cloud based folder. Sometimes there are more then 1 or 2 updates a week. For SeDiv i just copy my licence file and ini over the new updated version and that's it.

waqas_ali766 also re-sells SeDiv and posts updates on the forum. iccsys.net uploads updates first and have firmware , loaders for F3, BURN for SAMSUNG, Factory firmware for ARCO - WD, etc ... so ....

I honestly don't think that the "problem" is with iccsys.net at all....

And if USSTO were to be a genuine person with good intentions all that he would had to do would be to just provide the SHTR activation EVEN IF I HAD TO PAY OR WHATEVER ....

I didn't even asked to FREE support/updates. I think that i deserve some consideration because of the pulicity that i've done to SHT, copies that were sold because of me and because of the fact that i did pay the $200 for the tool, but even if i had to pay for updates or whatever i would check the offer. None of that were discussed by USSTO,

This guy are awesome , please, help him.
I have total sure about Spildt w/ your SW it's good to your development. I bought your SW because Spildt use it ( under influence ), and SHT hddoracle post's...etc.

Think about this dude. The SHT it's a good SW, dont kill your project... Spildt helps the people w/ firmware issues. i'm still learning in the hddoracle forum.

Antivirus = different things, worth on 10 USD only.

This is separate thing and individual person property. you cannot compare this with Symentic, Microsoft.

for this type of things you cannot direct talk with author, you need to talk with the person from who you buy.
he can fix your issue.

its good to fix your issue with SHT by contacting the person who sell you, not to start a long msgs in Forum.
only you and the seller can fix this problem.

other's can only read comment and just finish.
if you want solve the problem then contact seller and fix your problem.

do you have the msgs where reseller or the author says that he give you all updates ?I don't think the re-seller will change the software or update the software !!!

If you go and buy a windows 10 installation DVD or a Symantec AV software from a computer shop or comercial center you don't expect for the re-seller at the shop to update the windows software or the anti-viruse software for you !!!



Why would the re-seller update the software for me ?

If the author sends to the re-seller a "version 7" that is just a renamed version 4 then there is no need to update.

I can't see why the software author can't update my software or provide a valid license because he recieved the money after all, unless he gave the software to the re-seller for free or whatever and the re-seller pocked the money. But in any case the one who created SHT and SHTR is the one who update it, correct ?

Obviously the seller and the author have problems of their own. Their squabbling should not affect their users. AISI, the buck stops with the author (and ends up in his pocket). The author of this program is Korean. (Now he is in South Korea).But lives (and was born?) In Uzbekistan.Uzbekistan was a member of the USSR therefore the author speaks Russian.

For me it's simple.

If you don't want to end up in a mess like this just because of updates or even if you loose your license then don't buy this. Period.

Support is very bad. Author doesn't help at all so buy at your own risk. Those are my final words on this matter.

Another UPDATE :

ICCSYS kindly contacted me saying he was very sorry for all of this and send me the latest version that he have (7.0.0.)

ICCSYS also told me that if i wanted to he would refund my money, and i refused that because i've been using SHT for one year now and my problem was indeed with the attitude of USSTO, so i don't blame the ICCSYS re-seller at all, also i have SeDiv from ICCSYS and i did never had any problem with them. Even now i've just updated to SeDiv 5.1.7.28.

This is the SHT version that i now have from ICCSYS :



So i don't have any reason at to complain about ICCSYS.

But if what was posted here is true :

I find it very strange that the author's screenshot shows Russian and English versions of his manual, but no Hangul version.

Mr USSTO and Mr iccsys were good friend,iccsys was the agent of SHT/SHTR, many users bought SHT/SHTR from Mr iccsys,

last week ,Mr USSTO has some problem in life, he needs much money for his life. he asked help from Mr iccsys.
coz ,Mr iccsys is his friend and agent, and earn much money from SHT/SHTR.
but ,Mr iccsys did not help Mr USSTO any , Mr USSTO is very disappointment.

i am chinese , i am also agent of SEDIV, i meet Mr USSTO last year, i asked the agent authority of SHT/SHTR in china.

i send him installation setup,and activate for him
i ask him :

when i finished activaty for him, he does not reply me anymore

now , i think if Mr spildit is a cheater
maybe Mr spildit is helper of Mr iccsys
