industrial repair bad sector

Hi,
I have 20,000 160GB Seagate 160GB.V10 (AS-7200 Baracoda) with bad sector or low health,
I do have bootable tower for testing 1 to 8 per slot or 24 with USB option for bootable.
Need software to run with my bay for repair.
