HDD Raw Copy Bootable Media

Hello Everyone,
Is it possible to create a bootable media (CD/USB) to boot from and launch HDD Raw Copy? I've tried to build a WinPE x86 based on Windows 10 kernal and had no success in launching the software. I would like to be able to launch the software from the boot media, so I can take an image of the SSD that is physically mounted to the same computer.
