Hi,

Since everybody seems to have no problems with their hard-disks, so we shall post a recent case we did for our client.

It is regarding physical cloning of the hard disk after one hard disk failed.
We solved the issue within 3 hours using our DRT-SCSITool software.

I thought it was just me, it’s awful!

I’ve given up trying to get info from these guys now, no response to any requests for proper info and/or pricing.

If this is what their pre-sales service is like, I dread to think of what the after-sales and support will be like!!!!

We are in the midst of updating the website to be more user-friendly and we are terribly sorry that you could not find any information on the website yet.

Not only a broken web site but also a way overpriced tool for someone that needs to flash a couple of hdds.
