HDD LLF safe to use for company

Hi,

I found a website that say that the low level format are not erase 100% of the hard drive, is it the same for HDD LLF?

Does HDD LLF is safe to use before selling a computer use by a company?

There is a better tools without physically destroying hard drive?

Just zero fill the drive. There are numerous tools which can do that.

Ok but this is a good way to erase data and reuse hard drive or data can be restaured with basic software?
There is a better software?

If you fill the drive with zeros it cannot be recovered.
