Hey guys, i want to ask some questions

I have HDD Segate Firecuda 1TB, but this hdd don't detect on computer. I want to try change the PCB, my question is what is the requirement for the donor hdd? (e.g it must have the same firmware or something like that).

And after i get the donor what should i exchange from hdd patient to donor? Maybe i should change the ROM? And where is the location of the ROM?

what if the PCB is not a problem ?
need to diagnose properly before doing anything, NAND part is mostly a problem on SSHD drives.

better to send someone with proper tool and knowledge.
