What is the block size hdd raw copy tool uses?
I'm copying a near-death drive and the tool told me about some read errors (mentioning the offset and the LBA, semaphore timeout had expired).
Does it mean that a single sector wasn't copied, or something bigger (512,4k or any other block size used internally in the tool)?

Not recommended to use hdd raw tool on damaged drive with bad sectors or weak/bad heads.
For free tools, would recommend hddsuperclone or ddrescue.
