What is the block size hdd raw copy tool uses? I'm copying a near-death drive and the tool told me about some read errors (mentioning the offset and the LBA, semaphore timeout had expired). Does it mean that a single sector wasn't copied, or something bigger (512,4k or any other block size used internally in the tool)? |

Not recommended to use hdd raw tool on damaged drive with bad sectors or weak/bad heads. For free tools, would recommend hddsuperclone or ddrescue. |
