1. i would like to know if these options are the same or is one of them more "powerful" than others:

MHDD -> erase
HDAT2 -> wipe
Victoria -> erase
HDD low level format tool -> format

2. are those the same things in modern usage:

wipe
erase
zero fill
low level format
