WINFOF is a Python tool for testing Seagate HDDs. If you need alternatives, I'd suggest CrystalDiskInfo, HD Tune, or SeaTools.

WINFOF for factory testing and creating a disk (tables and parameters of SA and UA).
SeaTools the HDD return program from the manufacturer.
CrystalDiskInfo, HD Tune simply show SMART.
