Tool DR flopy disk

Hi to All! :mrgreen:
I have two floppy disks that I need to recover files that are not recognized in msdos and Windows. What tools indicate to me? software and hardware?

On which platform were they formatted? Are they 3.5", 5.25"?

3,5” 1.44mb bads blocks .

physical problem on the disk. :!:
