order license code failed

Hello,
I had purchase the upgrade to HDD Guru Low Level Format tool.
The keycode installed ok on PC and shows the upgrade on the screen.
But I have had PC problems and tried to run the keycode on another PC
on my homenet.
Please say how I can resolve this
