I bought the latest version of the WDMarvel repair tool, and received license keys by email.

But now I have two problems:
(1) there seems to be no way to download a non-demo version of the software; and
(2) there is no obvious documentation for installing the demo version, and I cannot get it to run on Win10.


Where should I be looking to solve #1 and/or #2?

- you will have access to the forum, and so, the wd marvel users only.
- you should download the demo version, and then use one of your keys to register, and unlock the features
- seems you are using win10 x64, for so... the driver needed should be signed, as the driver is not signed you must have to enable developer mode, so it will accept the wdmarvel driver. To do that, in wdmarvel dir execute: TestModeOn.bat, restart your win, and then use wdmarvel.
