HDD COPY-Now cannot reformat drive

I used HDD Raw Copy (V1.10) to create an image from wipemyimage.img. Now if I try to initialize that USB stick with *anything* (Windows 10 Pro), it reports a "volume not mounted" error. I've tried diskpart, Powershell-Initialize-Disk, and even another instance of HDD Raw Copy (using a different image file).

How do I remove all information HDD Raw Copy created on the USB stick?

Did you already close HDD copy? It appears it's using FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME, closing the tool would/should kill the handle and unlock.

I suspect the device is faulty. This was probably just the straw.
