Are you trying to restore a compressed drive image to another HDD in its original uncompressed format?

Are you trying to restore a compressed drive image to another HDD in its original uncompressed format?
Correct, it's a raw drive but i can still see all the files, just can't copy them - so trying to restore the image on another drive

Okay .. And why not opt for recovering data from image file?

If the data is not that important you will need to make an image using HDDSuperclone as has been recomended to you. This MAY be able to recover those bad sectors.
