Post subject:  best way to migrate a win10 partition to a new SSD?

Hello everyone! I'm wondering what's the least time consuming way to clone practically everything from a win10 partition
to a brand new SSD/Mechanical Harddrive and make it bootable?

The bootable part is kinda mandatory but still I can live without.

I have Gparted and Clonezilla available ATM but I'm pretty sure none of them will produce bootable partitions.

I have also norton ghost available but not sure if it will work on my MacBook.

That's right, sorry for the plot-twist at the end but it's a windows partition on a MacBook installed using bootcamp

Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance.
