HDD LLF Low Level Format Tool Error

Now that HDD LLF Low Level Format Tool is free for all use I tried it.
I have tried to use it on Windows Server 2019 and below and it has worked OK. I can format drives OK and see SMART info.
But when I tried to use it on Server 2022 it screams "Error opening device" and in spanish "El proceso no tiene acceso al archivo porque está siendo utilizado por otro proceso" which translates to "The process cannot access the file because is in use by another process" or something similar.
In every installation of Server 2022 I've tried it keeps giving the same error. Something must have changed from Server 2019 to 2022 in the way the devices need to be locked, but HDDLLF is not able to lock the drives.
I've tried too on W10 and it is working properly, so it has to be a Server only exception.
Has anybody bumped onto this issue?
Is there a way of making it work on Server 2022 and above?
