Hi everyone, don't know where to ask this. Have been messaging Deepspar for 2 days but got no response. Hope someone here will know the issue and be able to help me out!

I have a problem with my Deepspar Stabilizer USB device. I am unable to install its Driver through R-Studio. Do you have any solutions to this problem? Can you help me out?

So i haven't been able to upgrade it to Pro as you already know. I have tried Uninstalling R-Studio and updating Deepspar to newest version. However i've encountered a problem and now my Deepspar is not usable anymore

Installing the drive throuh R-Studio online gives notification that it has been completed. However the Deepspar doesn't change from NO DEVICE to recognized. I've tried installing offline and it shows an error message that DEVICE IS NOT FOUND. I have tried installing different versions of R-Studio but still got the same error

I checked the installation video from Serghei Deepspar and got saw this difference
From the video it has DeepsparUSB.sys

I'd probably for starters try, on a different machine, without any R-Studio involvement / presence, install USB Stabilizer.

Okay, i found out the problem. And thanks to Serge for the explanation

You need to turn on System Restore for the Deepspar to Upgrade and work properly
