There are two ways: to buy full HD Duplicator professional product, or you
can use our freeware software COPYR.DMA
(
http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Util ... R_DMA.html)
it is HD Duplicator little brother (has no LBA48 support (disks bigger than
137 Gb) but it can help you with yours 40Gb disk copy).

Hi Spildit!
There was no good partition tabla on that drive.
As I know Hd Duplicator work without Filesystem or Partition table.

O will try that one of those days ...
Matbe you have downloaded the free version instead of the DEMO ?
If not it might be a bug in the Demo limitation...

I did not try it again yet.
But I have a problem with the cloned content.
Hd Dup Demo works without defect tables.
I repaired the filesystem with TestDisk on the copy.
Directories list ok but the files are corrupted cca 40%.
Is there a solution for this problem what I think caused by P_list.
Or maybe the demo copy fake sectors after 30G limit?
Thanks in advance.

And one more problem.
Copyr writes "Ide controller error (2)" and halt.
But on the same PC HDDup Demo works well.
What is the reason of it?

I haven't tryed that software yet but i'm pretty sure that it will not acess the firrmware of drives because firmware are specific for each vendor and models and on seagate case you will have to use rs-232. So i'm pretty sure that HDDup will not mess with the P-List in any way or form, neither with the G-List. If the drive itself realocate sectors what HDDup will see is the sector that now owns the LBA and not the one marked as bad.
I think you should read this again, if you haven't already :
