I do not care about the data and the capacity I will loose. Just is there a method to erase (make them totally unusable) the slow sectors? If so which software and how?
I tried MHDD but it did not help me (erase, scan erase delay and remap did not help)

Short answer - there is no way to do that :)
Longer answer - some people probably can do that, but in most cases it does not make sense because the drive will die very soon anyways.

Sorry

I send one of HDD in that state to a tech guy. He did something and fixed it. He did not tell me? I am sure that there should be a solution. I do not care I can even loose the half capacity.

I suggest that you use Victoria and try again. It seemed to catch slow sectors better.
