Hi,

does anybody have any idea how to set AAM & APM on a Samsung HD501LJ which is attached to a notebook via a PCMCIA card?

It is not possible to take the drive and attach it to an internal adapter.

Therefore I need a software only solution. HDDScan unfortunately does not show AAM and APM for this drive (and probably for any other drive attached this way).

But it would be very nice if the author of this excellent software would add this capability in the future ... .
