Im a software dev in Germany and take care of some x-ray devices that get send in for service.


This one had Ink in/on the harddrive.

someone took out the HDD cage, removed the screws, and hold it in place with a ball pen part.

luckily a backup was already made beforehand.

that should have made no difference, the seal would have prevented the ink from going inside
